Cancellation & Refund Policy

At ToyLove.store, your privacy, safety, and satisfaction are our top priorities. Due to the sensitive and intimate nature of our products, and to maintain strict hygiene and safety standards, we follow a no-cancellation, no-return, and no-refund policy after dispatch. Please read the policy carefully before placing your order.

Order Cancellation

🛒 You may cancel your order only before it has been dispatched.
🚚 Once the order is shipped, it cannot be canceled or modified under any circumstances.

Refund Policy

💳 Refunds are not applicable once an order has been dispatched.
❌ We do not accept returns or refunds for intimate toys due to hygiene and safety reasons.
✔ In case of a manufacturing defect or product damage upon delivery, you may request an exchange (not refund) by following the guidelines below.

Exchange Eligibility

Exchange requests are accepted only if:

✔ The product is defective due to manufacturing fault
✔ The product is unused, unopened, and returned in its original packaging
✔ You inform us within 24 hours of delivery
✔ A complete unboxing video (recorded from before opening the package till the defect is shown) is provided as proof

📦 Once approved, you must ship the product back to us for inspection.
🛠 After review, if the product qualifies, we will send a replacement of the same model within 3 working days.

Exchange Exclusions

🚫 No exchanges for incorrect items ordered by the customer
🚫 No exchanges for products damaged due to personal handling
🚫 No exchange if the product has been used, unsealed, or tampered with
🚫 No exchange for change of mind, color preference, or personal taste

Prepaid Order Cancellation (Before Dispatch Only)

If a prepaid order is canceled before dispatch, we will issue ToyLove Credits (Store Wallet Balance) equal to the order value.
These credits can be used for future purchases on ToyLove.store.

Important Note

Please review your order carefully before completing the purchase, as due to the intimate nature of our products, we cannot accept returns, cancellations, or refunds once items are shipped.
