Return & Exchange Policy

At ToyLove.store, your satisfaction and trust are our top priorities. Every order goes through rigorous quality checks before dispatch to ensure you receive only premium, defect-free products. However, in the rare event of receiving a defective item, we offer an exchange under the guidelines below.

Eligibility for Exchange

Exchange requests will only be accepted for items with manufacturing defects. Exchanges are not applicable in cases of:

❌ Wrong product ordered by the customer
❌ Change of mind or preference
❌ Damage caused after delivery due to misuse

Important Exchange Conditions

To qualify for an exchange, the following conditions must be met:

✔ The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging
✔ The same model will be provided as replacement (no model changes allowed)
✔ The buyer must notify us within 24 hours of delivery
✔ An unboxing video (from start to end without cuts/edits) is mandatory as proof
✔ Photos of the defective area, packaging, tags, and bill must be shared
✔ Free replacement is available only once per order
✔ Exchange approval is subject to review by our Customer Service Team

How to Request an Exchange

To initiate the exchange process:

1️⃣ Record a clear unboxing video while opening the package
2️⃣ Take clear photos of the defect, product, packaging, tags & booklets
3️⃣ Contact our support team via Call or WhatsApp within 24 hours
4️⃣ Send us the video and photos for evaluation
5️⃣ Once approved, arrange to ship the product back (shipping cost borne by the buyer)

Return Shipping

Once your exchange request is approved:

📦 Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs
📍 Ship the product securely in its original condition and packaging
🛍 After we receive and inspect the item, we will process the exchange accordingly

Replacement Procedure

🔄 After receiving the returned product, our quality team will inspect it
✔ Once verified, we will send the replacement product of the same model
📩 You will be notified at every step through Call or WhatsApp for smooth coordination
